Transfer Gatehouse EA Cash ISA to Charter EA Cash ISA

Good morning, 

I've a fixed cash ISA with Charter Savings Bank due to mature in a couple of weeks...

For the moment, I'm opting for the 20K to go into their easy access cash ISA until around mid May...

I'll then fix again with another 20K of the 24/25 allowance...

I've also currently got an easy access cash ISA with Gatehouse with only a couple of grand in (surplus from previous years ISAs allowances)

My question is, once my Charter Savings Bank matures into their easy access cash ISA, can I then transfer all the money from my Gatehouse easy access cash ISA into it & if so how do I request the transfer from my Charter account?

I can't see that transfers in are allowed but I've only glanced at the account details. You should read the rules of that account to see.
