Flexible Zopa easy acess Isa 2023 -2024

I have a fully funded Isa as above,
I know what the flexible part means, I can withdraw any amount as long as I replace it in the same tax year.
My question is, what if I withdraw any amount in a different tax year from that same Isa tax year, do I then loose the amount withdrawn?

I assume fully funded means £20,000.
If you have £20,000 in the account at close of business on 5 April 2024, then you can withdraw and deposit freely (up to this amount), during the tax year 2024/2025, and in subsequent years.
You will also have a further ISA allowance of £20,000 for the new year, 2024/2025.2
