Full month's line rental for 24hrs use?
So took out a contract with Three, upon receiving the phone had no signal, I had arranged for my number to port over. So in less than 24hrs I had returned the phone, got a pac couple of days later.
Three are hounding me for a full month's line rental. Is this correct? I thought I'd be charged for what I actually used and having no signal and having the phone less than 24hrs can't be much

you pay a month in advance. You should get a pro-rata return in due course.1

So I pay them for them to give it back? Why not just recalculate the bill?

Maybe it would have been more prudent to check the quality of a Three signal in your area before you signed up...

Don't delete your direct debit details on your bank account straight away otherwise you won't be able to get your refund.0

I did. Good indoor and outdoor apparently translates to nothing indoors and 1 bar at the bottom of the gardenNeil_Jones said:Maybe it would have been more prudent to check the quality of a Three signal in your area before you signed up...0 -
Unfortunately the coverage checkers are based on calculations and simulations rather than on measured performance, so the only real way to check is to get a cheapy paygo sim from your chosen operator and try it out yourself.
According to coverage checkers I should get a usable service from all four network operators but only Three and EE work satisfactorily where I live out in the Cambridgeshire fens.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
