Smarty has been great where i live never had any problems with them been with them since 2019 on there unlimited plane and get eu roaming…Price as never gone up in all that time.
I live in Essex near Basildon and the signal is excellent even the vodafone signal has got better since they joint each other Vodafone use to be really bad here….I know its good now because i have a Lebara sim in my dual sim phone.

My daughter has been with them for 6 years and has never had any problems. They did pause her account once when she changed banks and they couldn't take the payment, but that was easily sorted by using the app to update her debit card details.
