Well thanks for the advice. They're still on my back demanding proof of my movements. I have sent them the invoice and booking email for the hotel on the night they claim I was in the Wetherby services car park. I have submitted a DSAR demanding every scrap of information they hold on me.1

Go straight to MOTO as principal they are jointly and severally liable for the actionns of thier agents.dont gt too worked up over British Parking association limiteds guidelines, got to MOTO and go straight for a breach of GDPR - failing to enure the acuracy of data thier agents gather. again and agian reminding them they are liable for their agents actions and this should also include any compensation for GDPR breaches such as thisFrom the Plain Language Commission:
