Changing stocks within ISA

If I have a stocks and shares ISA setup with an online tool (eg investengine) am I allowed to change the allocation within the ISA at any time, eg buy an ETF, Sell an ETF, move to cash etc (all within the ISA)?
I'm asking this because if I think an ETF might be decreasing in price I might want to sell it, move to cash and then purchase a different ETF, or I may wish to cash to DCA over time, eg invest a set amount each month, as opposed to investing in one lump sum.
Thanks for any advice.

Yes. The only restriction is on the amount of money you put in to the ISA. I have an S&S ISA with AJ Bell and I change investments every few months.

Thanks Mark, much appreciated, I have just opened up with the full £20k. Put it into a self managed ISA with S&P 500 IT ETF (IITU) and 2 others (FTSE VHVG and VFEG). However with the S&P at its highest levels I think I'd prefer to DCA so might sell and see if I can set up a monthly purchase spread across the year.1
