Hi, have got my template letter done and sent to the email i could find online for this car finance company only to find the company was taken over by another firm abroad. my first email said 'undeliverable' understandably as the original company no longer exists, but should i be pursuing this with the company that has taken them over? or is this a no-go as the original company no longer exists? has anyone else been looking into car finance reclaim with GMAC?
