You can almost certainly beat that if you run your heat pump correctly, lower flow temps as much as you can, use weather compensation, run it to heat your hot water in the afternoon (when the air is warmer) and not 6am when it's coldest outside. Others will be able to give further pointers.
Just had a quick look at the spec sheet for the Daikin Altherma. SCOP at 55°C flow temp is given as 3.26, and at 35°C, 4.48 (for space heating). So if you are running with weather compensation along with smarter controls, that should push the running costs down even further.

Well, if the SCOP at 55°C is 3.26 and at 35°C it's 4.48 then if the use of Weather Compensation means you are running at leaving water temperatures between 35°C and 55°C then your SCOP would be somewhere between 3.26 and 4.48.  If Octopus think the SCOP will be 3.43 presumably that means they are sizing your radiators for a LWT of about 50°C; they should have told you what temperature they are specifying.
