Halifax ISA maturity instructions

Has anyone with a Halifax ISA or other savings accounts received their maturity instructions?
Mine are due to be received as maturing in 2 weeks, but not received any correspondence online or in post and no options showing online either?
According to the below the options should be visible : https://www.halifax.co.uk/isas/options-for-existing-customers/fixed-isa-maturity.html

I had a fixed rate bond mature recently and there was nothing online though there was supposed to be. I did receive something in the post but it was quite short notice. I sent it back and they ignored my instructions anyway.1

Update: did eventually show online but it was in light grey text above the account rather than from clicking more details.1
