I Q Mobile for Data.

Hi Been researching Data Only Sim Cards. Specifically for sparodic use when travelling. I Q Mobile came up one I have never heard of before?. They have several plans which might fit my requirements no limitation/restriction on use abroad for one, including the ability to keep the sim alive for an annual fee, and only "topup" as and when I need use. Anyone used them or have any feedback positive or negative?
