    I sent my WS to both QDR and the local court the other day. Today I received an N260 form from QDR asking for £270 in legal fees. I mentioned in my WS that I am seeking £50 for 5 hours of my time to write the WS.

    Does my WS look okay?

    Yes all normal.

    QDR always in timidate defendants by pretending they can claim for their legal fees BUT THE TRUTH IS, THEY CANNOT GET THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS!

    Not unless you act unreasonably, such as not turning up for the hearing. Get there early.
