KIWI Flight Chaos - Refund Help
Comments
-
much will come down to whether this was a single ticket or separate tickets and the extent of the change
I am assuming separate tickets which mean you carry the risk of a schedule change or cancellation of one of the flights and not the other.
Then there is the matter on what the time change was for the affected flight, different airlines have different criteria on what would allow a full refund, some may be 3 hour change others 5 hour change, outwith that would be cancelling based on the fare rules of the ticket - which may be non-refundable apart from some taxes - and less Kiwi's fees....which is likely where the residual 65chf is from
You could look at the Kiwi Guarantee but not sure if anyone has found it useful.0
