What if i fake the reference from the previous employer?

You could end up with a criminal record for fraud which would make it far harder to get your next job.

    Seriously - just don't!

If you want to add fraud to your ongoing list of employment issues go ahead, but don’t be surprised when it bites you on the backside.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Ive heard  It does vary on employer however the basic reference states they can only give employment start and end dates and job title. They cant or shouldn't include anythung that could risk your chances of not hetting another job. For example if they did include it and because of their references your a year/ 2 without a job you could sue is this correct
    No; it's nonsense.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

It is correct that it can vary from one employer to another what they put on references - and it can also vary depending on what they have been asked by the new/potential employer.

If something that is false is included in a reference and someone doesn't get the job just because of that, then that could be progressed for compensation but, as elsien says, if it is the truth there is no case against the reference giver.

You cannot be serious!!!    Can you???
No, you can't fake the reference from the previous employer - unless you provide a fake address to which the current employer writes and it would leave you open to being taken to court for obtaining money by deceit (fraud).
If you mean provide a fake testimonial well yes you could do that (in that it is physically possible to write something out and present it) but it would still be fraud.

Some employers ask for more than 1 referee but, in my line of work, one has to be from your last employer.

I think you've already been 'economical with the truth' in keeping quiet about the main reason why you left your previous job. Hopefully, your recent record with your new employer will encourage them to give you a chance.

It might be worth asking the previous employer what their reference policy would be, or what they'd say in your case. IF you're lucky, they'll say they only ever give a factual start and finish dates reply. But they'd be perfectly justified in saying 'started this date, terminated that date for true reason'.

Seriously bad idea, I suspect, from what is coming over in OP's posts about the way they conduct themselves. That approach might well encourage the former employer to volunteer more, rather than less, information.

Some kind of deception offence, maybe obtaining a percunary advantage? (telling lies to make financial gain)
    Any legal eagles about?
