Given that my case is scheduled for tomorrow and the insufficient communication from Parking Eye/DCB Legal, I find myself with limited time to address this matter via email. Additionally, I seek further confirmation regarding the representative's statement that the case has been dropped. I will proceed to email the relevant parties now and will also make a phone call to them tomorrow morning. Thank you for your prompt response.

I have received notification from the court that the case has been dismissed. To date, the claimant has not submitted any evidence to substantiate this information. I will keep this thread updated in due course .
