Have you complained to tyhe manger and threatened to shop elsewhere? I have had three ASDA parking tickets cancelled by so doing.

I agree with DPD (above). Have you told Asda that ParkingEye are taking you - a regular Asda customer(?) - to court? They won't want that. I'm sure they will tell PE to cancel.Bottom line - as DCB Legal are involved and on the basis you continue to follow the court's requirements, I anticipate this will be discontinued before too long. Hello,
I would like to inform everyone that this illegitimate claim has now been discontinued. I was scheduled for a hearing tomorrow, which is no longer occurring. I have not received any correspondence regarding this matter and contacted the court today for an update, where I was informed that it has been discontinued by the claimant on the 23/10/24.

In which case you should have received a Notice of Discontinuance from DCB Legal on behalf of Parking Eye , by email and by post
Email DCB Legal for a copy ( unless its in your spam folder. ? )

I have not received any correspondence from any parties. The customer advisor informed me over the phone that the case has been discontinued. Do you think I should contact DCB Legal tomorrow morning? I am concerned as I have not had any communication regarding this matter.
