Have you complained to tyhe manger and threatened to shop elsewhere?  I have had three ASDA parking tickets cancelled by so doing.

I agree with DPD (above).  Have you told Asda that ParkingEye are taking you - a regular Asda customer(?) - to court?  They won't want that. I'm sure they will tell PE to cancel.

Bottom line - as DCB Legal are involved and on the basis you continue to follow the court's requirements, I anticipate this will be discontinued before too long. Keep going!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The problem is that this occurred some time ago, and I do not possess any proof of purchase or similar documentation. Regrettably, the manager requires such evidence.

In which case you should have received a Notice of Discontinuance from DCB Legal on behalf of Parking Eye , by email and by post

Email DCB Legal for a copy ( unless its in your spam folder. ?  )

    Otherwise, well done

Another one bites the dust !

    Hi,
I have not received any correspondence from any parties. The customer advisor informed me over the phone that the case has been discontinued. Do you think I should contact DCB Legal tomorrow morning? I am concerned as I have not had any communication regarding this matter.
