First Anniversary
I won't give all the background because I'm so stressed but I have been emailing, phoning and writing letters (recorded delivery) to O2 since February this year about a debt that I do not owe and they have now referred me to a debt recovery service!  Communication ombudsman won't touch it yet because I'm not quite into 8 weeks since I first complained.  Ofgem referred me to the ombudsman.  I've even found the CEO of O2 and have emailed him but nothing.  I know my emails to their complaint email are being received as I have about 10 automatic replies.  I'm losing the will to live.

Without knowing the problem no one can really advise.

You only need to wait 8 weeks if O2 dont respond to your complaint. If they have already give you their final response/ deadlock letter then you go to the Ombudsman straight away.
