I’ve now received the hearing letter, along with their witness statement and support documentation from Gladstones. I have until the 24th June to send all the documents for the hearing.

I assume it’ll be the standard witness statement, along with my side that the car was in recovery. I have got a history from the AA, which says the car was towed to the location, assume I add screenshots to the witness statement?

Additionally, I’ve changed address, so would I just email the courts and solicitors notifying the change?

Yes to all of the above.

Each piece of evidence needs an Exhibit number and don't forget the exhibits listed in the NEWBIES thread.

    Current WS:

Not sure if I should omit Exhibit 01 as there's a P sign next to the bush, also Exhibit 02 as I've stated in my defence:

"The defendant had not noticed any signage upon entering the road nor the site in question,
showing the terms and conditions for use. Nor was there any signage where the defendant left
the car in front of the garage. The Defendant was not aware of any restrictions that applied on
the site due to obscure signage, which was impossible to read from where the defendant left
    the car."

Although a sign on the right side of the wall states it's for the Garage's customers, so hard to tell the boundaries. Additionally, for some reason, the date of work is wrong on the receipt, as it's on the same day I dropped it off, but I didn't collect until 05/12.

Apologies for bumping, just wondering if anyone could have a quick look as I’ve left it late and need to submit today, thank you.

Remove paras 11 to 16 as that is old news about the 2022 DLUHC draft IA.

The rest is good (prominent signage and terms is their burden to prove, not yours, so you are right to say you saw no other signs).

Sign & date & email it to the local court (not the CNBC) and cc the solicitors. Job done.

Appeals are not likely to work I'm afraid. At least the £70 was removed.

So sorry - pay it now in full and move on.

That sucks, are judges usually that adamant with POFA and passing liability, or was it just my fault for not specifying the full story? It just seemed no matter what I said it fell back to not notifying the claimant.

Didn’t help I only had a trial bundle via email as the PPC didn’t send one by post, the judge was a bit annoyed by this too.

Appreciated all the help Coupon and all.
