    Unreadable.  No contract then.

And how in earth are 300 residents meant to have any postie, gasman, plumber or carpet fitter (and similar tradespersons) visit to work at the flats, if no commercial vehicles can be on site? How is that skip going to be collected?!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

He walked right past the royal mail car which is clearly a commercial vehicle.

You mean the pictures at night i can argue as unreadable? Poor lighting? Small size?

Thank you for your email of 20th March advising us of your concerns about UKCPM, the current parking enforcement company, your comments are appreciated and have been investigated and logged at the Resolve stage of our complaint’s procedure.

A residents meeting was held in November 2023, RMG were informed that residents are unhappy with the current parking enforcement company, UKCPM who were appointed by Persimmon Homes a few years ago.

At the meeting RMG agreed to review the current contract and contact other parking enforcement companies to discuss the parking arrangements on site.

RMG have agreed to share the parking schemes that have been put together for residents to review and vote on the preferred scheme that best suits all residents on site. Residents will shortly receive a communication about the different parking schemes that are available.

I can confirm that contact has been made with UKCPM re the two PCN’s you have received, and a request has been made to have them cancelled, once confirmation has been received this will be sent to you.

    Yours sincerely,

Further to previous posts about varying a lease, it is not just a simple ballot of residents. It is a legal process involving a tribunal. So, anyone stating that a "ballot" was held, it talking male bovine excrement.

Reply and thank her and say you ask please that their voting options definitely include "no parking company/no permit scheme" because there are none in this industry that respect residents.

This is why the Government is clamping down and is about to regulate the industry to stop excessive PCNs.

tell the MA that the LAST thing to do is sign a binding year's contract with some other ex-clamper, with this about to happen this Summer:

    https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-briefings/cbp-8736/

'Frying pan versus fire' is not a fair list of options.  No scheme is needed.

Residents should be allowed to vote for 'none' and if necessary for the site, residents to be consulted about instead having a gate with key fobs and/or parking posts which can protect bays at minimal cost.
