Wizz Air - Impossible to speak to a human and issue with flights compensation

I am going around in circles trying to find a number or email address to contact Wizz Air to have my claims resolved. 
One of them (over 4 hrs delay) has been dealt with via the online form but with 4 travellers the compensation seems to refer only to the lead booker although they recognise only the lead booker can request the refund. 
The second one , delay of over 3 hrs, keeps on getting closed and merged on their website and doesn't seem to go anywhere. 
It's been over 6 weeks. 
I have tried every number available, their chatbot, their forms and all the emails are DO NOT REPLY ones. 

How can I get this resolved?

    Have the other passengers/you submitted authorisation for their claims to be dealt with by you?
    you mentioned compensation and also refund- which are you claiming- compensation is due to each individual passenger, refund would be to person that originally paid
