Stocks and Shares LISA Transfer

I have a Stocks and Shares LISA and a Help2Buy cash ISA). I want to simplify things by moving the Help2Buy cash ISA into my Stocks and Shares LISA but the provider doesn't accept transfers. I then thought about opening a new Stocks and Shares LISA with another provider and transferring the existing LISA and then the H2B cash ISA but I am having trouble finding a provider who will accept the S&S LISA transfer. Any suggestions?
