I am on the iweb platform and they charge £5 per deal .
If come April I want yo invest £20k into a fund for S&S ISA would I be able deposit £20005 or is the £20k allowance including dealing costs.

The deposit limit is £20000.
Dealing cost come out of that.1 -
Can't they take the dealing costs from your bank account?1
