parkingeye hartshead moor services eastbound parking charge notice

Hi, we have received 2 parking charges through the post from parkingeye for 2 different vehicles 1st car claiming it was parked for 22hrs, spanning 2 dates which is incorrect. And another for 2nd car , stating it was parked for 9hrs one day which is also incorrect. both cars have made 2 seperate journeys each. I have cctv proving 1st car has been captured at home in between the stated arrival and departure times, unfortunately I don't have this for the 2nd car as the cctv storage wont go back that far as the date of the alleged offence is further back than the cctv storage.
I am a newbie any help would be much appreciated.

Well it's a double dip, and they've missed the orphan images - THAT'S A PARKING INDUSTRY PHRASE - USE IT.
Email the parking firm's DPO and demand they supply the missing CCTV or ANPR 'orphan images' of the car leaving and returning. Tell them approx times to look for and say you will report them to the Information Commissioner if they refuse.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks coupon mad. should I email them twice once for each parking charge notice or reference both in one email as it is for 2 different cars and 2 different registered keepers from the same household that the letters were addressed to.0

Hi again. I emailed them Sunday. emails sent to appeals@parkingeye.co.uk which came back as undelivered. The only other email address I could find was parking.eye.appeals@gmail.com . So emails sent to that address too on Sunday. I haven't had any acknowledgement or replies. Should I contact them via post ? Or they also have an appeals form on their website. But I can't find an actual direct contact for the parkingeye dpo0

Anyone could have set up that generic Gmail address. You do realise that you have no idea who you have sent your personal details to in that email.1
