    Email a complaint to ParkingEye telling them this is not only a 'double dip' case which must be cancelled, but further: the images expose that the in and out cameras are not properly time synchronised.

    A complaint is not an appeal. Different.

    Not had any replies yet to the complaints I emailed to Parkingeye. But just had letters through reminding us of the pcn's for both cars.

    Great they cancelled but shocking they didn't have the decency to admit to their ANPR errors and apologise for any distress caused. Just demonstrates what an unprofessional company they are.

    Bizarrely had another email the same as the above post saying that they are reviewing the pcn but relating to the vehicle that Parkingeye already sent a letter about earlier. See below.  Bigboppa said:
