Yes.  The OP has merely shown us an auto-reply that we didn't need to see really. Normal for an email sent to a business; nothing to be learned from that. It's not a response.

Ok so what's my next move ? I already emailed them back confirming the statement below.

They sent another automated reply basically stating I won't get a response from them.

Is it time to appeal Or should I keep bombarding them with emails demanding for the orphan images?  Le_Kirk provided a list of email addresses that I could use in an earlier post.

You need to make certain that the Data Protection Officer takes this seriously, adds your new address for service and erases any old data.  If not, the threat of a report to the ICO should galvanize them into action.
