Also a pedantic observation  -  para 11  -  "......PACE Recovery and Storage Ltd v Lengyel [2017] C7GF6E3R noted in his judgement that the words......."  -  there is no middle "e" in Judgment  -  check the doc. you are exhibiting 

Thanks 1505grandad I have updated all Exhibits numbers and tables of contents. I will correct the spelling mistakes. It was cocpied form the temoplate. 

Once edited, I want to sign it electionically via PDF sign, is that ok or do I need to print it sign it and then scan it again? I would rather avoid the latter. 
Also just to confirm I can send it via email only correct? Will Court send me automaticly a confirmation of receipt like it was with defence?

Hi All, I wanted to just inform you that I received the below message:

We act for the Claimant in the above matter.  

Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records.  

The attached has also been filed with the Court. 

We will now proceed to close our file accordingly.
