ALD computer says no to Reclaim Car Finance

I took a 3 year hire purchase on a vw Passat in 2007. I still have the paperwork. ALD finance tells me the finance is so long ago they no longer have the paperwork. Besides they say the FCAs review only relates to Credit Agreements and is where the interest rate payable under a credit agreeemnt linked to commission a broker was paid and where the broker had discretion over the setting of the interest rate. 

They confirm although it was a credit agreement it did not have a DCA in place. They then offer a Subject access request as available. 

What are my chances of claiming? Thanks.

Nil

They have already told you that DCA didn't apply.  So, no more needed.   This doesn't sound like "computer says no"

1,000% I recogn seeing as you alone control if you claim or not. Chances of winning, absolutely 0% as they've said they didnt offered DCA at the time. Probability of you wasting peoples time, probably 1,000%, its just unfortunate you won't have to pay the costs.
