Not the best, but not far from.
Paragon have hopefully opened the ISA market as we approached the end of the Tax year.
Even monthly interest available.
Now waiting for the others to compete with Virgin @ 5,25%,

Why can i not see this on there site? any chance of a linkEdit Ok found it on banner after refresh fixed isa page says "1 Year Fixed Rate ISA 4.65%"
