Babboe/Raleigh Ecargo Bike Recall

I’ve been in contact with babboe and they are offering a full refund . This won’t cover a replacement and I feel they are ignoring the question I raise about the business wrap I had put around the box as it’s for my business. Cost of £500. This recall is going to cost me possibly upto £1000 to replace . Can I do anything or is the full refund all I can expect

You don't have any consumer rights as bike is for you business.
So you would either rely on "goodwill" or go to court seeking redress.

You would need to claim on your business insurance (if it covers consequential loss)

Hello OP, if it's a B2B transaction you need to look towards the Sale of Goods Act to what cover this offers you.
