Babboe/Raleigh Ecargo Bike Recall

I’ve been in contact with babboe and they are offering a full refund . This won’t cover a replacement and I feel they are ignoring the question I raise about the business wrap I had put around the box as it’s for my business. Cost of £500. This recall is going to cost me possibly upto £1000 to replace . Can I do anything or is the full refund all I can expect0

You would need to claim on your business insurance (if it covers consequential loss)allandean said:I’ve been in contact with babboe and they are offering a full refund .
