TNC Parking Service (Petrol Pump Car Park)

Got a parking ticket while grabbing some food last month. It was in the car park of an empty petrol station at 11pm so I thought its fine. I genuinely didn't know I can't park there.
Company: 'TNC Parking Services' who are writing on behalf of 'Universal Parking Enforcement Limited'.
Date of Notice: 29/02/2024.
Date of event: 18/12/2023
Amount Due: £100 / Reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days
The ticket website has pictures of me, the car and me approaching the car. And the sign saying private land.
Should also add that the car & letter is not in my name.
I've read through the newbie thread and the most applicable part I understood was the appeal letter template.
But the statements in that are addressed on the ticket website as mentioned here:
What can I do now?
Then they sent a letter the next week with a new charge as I used the same spot a month before that.
Ended up paying both of them eventually(last month) as I thought I am in the wrong. Was also told the appeals process is hopeless by relatives.
But now they've sent another one(3rd one now) dating back to me using the same spot for the 1st time back in December 2023. This has finally made me look for solutions and someone referred me to this forum.

Re PCN number:
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

"Should also add that the car & letter is not in my name."What do you mean?
Is the PCN still in time to appeal to TNC?
Are you the person who was told by the clueless CAB to pay a scam PCN? Show us their reply.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is the ticket website.
I have read the newbie thread but the template in that thread doesn't seem applicable to me due to the 'supporting evidence' section shown below.
So I should just ignore now then?
