Indeed, I had this earlier.Aidanmc said:slr1981 said:dumb question, but the T&C (4.2) say you need to accept the 1% cashback. I cant see this anywhere. I've deposited (as little as) £1 to test and still nothing. Looking at this chat it seems to be automatic, or have I missed something? Its automatic, a notification will appear in notification area after making a deposit. You need to accept the cashback from there.
I'm a new signup to T212, and I must say I'm very impressed (I am an existing user of Vanguard, HL, II and Freetrade Plus). I was slightly baffled by how they can afford to charge no fees, but then I saw I have access to their CFD service too (which I'm avoiding like the plague!). I'm guessing normal investors are subsidised by CFD speculator folks.
I made use of the "Pie" function this morning. I set one up with 5 ETFs that I think have a bright future, deposited my first lump sum, it was then automatically invested into the pie, 20% into each ETF without any fuss and now I can see the cashback has activated.1 -
I'm signed up. I unintentionally got my fractional share paid into ISA. Can live with that.
I got the notification for ISA cashback and accepted the terms. Still waiting - is that expected? Do I need to set up a payment method on the Invest account before it will credit?
EDIT: cash arrived, took ~40 mins.0 -
I opened a new ISA on 6th April and topped up the max but haven't received any notifications and it's been 2 days already, is there something I've missed regarding the 1% cashback?0

- You’re opening a Trading 212 ISA for the first time; I accidentally opened an ISA few months ago but closed it immediately within 5 minutes of opening, not sure if this counts or not?
- You’re a UK resident aged 18 or above; Yes
- The ISA is activated between January 29, 2024 and April 30, 2024; Yes
- You have an active Trading 212 Invest account. Yes

I think you've disqualified yourself as it's not your first ISA.
It popped up in my notifications basically as soon as I deposited funds.1 -

They've confirmed because I opened one last year for less than 5 minutes I don't qualify, well I certainly shot myself in the foot with that one!0 -
I did the same, are you allowed to sell the free share straight away? Besides, I'm not sure you're allowed to hold fractional shares within an ISA.gravel_2 said:I'm signed up. I unintentionally got my fractional share paid into ISA. Can live with that.

I signed up for this a couple of days ago. My free shares were worth £40ish. I'm quite impressed so far. The ISA cashback is a nice bonus too.0
