Does the pause in transfers also applies to transfers into a S&S ISA (from a cash ISA)?

It looks to me like transfers into S&S ISA may still be available.
If you click on 3 horizontal lines at top, then 'portfolio transfers'.
If this route is open, one could transfer into S&S ISA then move the funds to the Cash ISA internally.

Not sure how new this is but just noticed the Cash ISA now tells you what % of your cash is held at which bank. Mine is approx 40-45% in each of NatWest and Barclays with the remainder with JPM.

Apologies if this has been asked before, I'm interested in the 212 Cash ISA to use to fund most of this years allowance, would I be able to transfer this to the S&S 212 ISA without affecting the allowance if I wanted to make an investment?

This appeals as I can keep the interest in the ISA and then transfer when I want to invest?

    Also, would it be instant?

Does anyone know when the current pause in accepting transfers into the T212 Cash ISA is likely to come to an end?

I have a matured fixed ISA elsewhere where the rate has now gone dramatically down, and wondering whether I should transfer it elsewhere (Zopa/Chip etc) in the meantime, while I wait for the notification from T212 that they are accepting transfers again?

    Thanks!

Thanks a lot @gravel_2 , I just managed to request the transfer too! Silly me didn't think to check the notifications, thought they were just the daily interest notifications which I get for the money I'd put into the ISA already, and there it was, message that transfers are enabled again from 2 days ago. I'm glad I asked here and even more glad that you let me know, thanks again!  :)

I have a fixed isa that matures in September. Anyone know if T212 accepts transfers in future date/on maturity so that I can avoid penalties?

They don't accept future dated transfers at the moment
