Bathroom fan - can I get a refund?

    I think there might have been a misunderstanding - when I say them I do not mean the sparky. I probably should have phrased it better. I mean the company that I got the fan from in the first place are the ones I am trying to sort something out with. I can see why people might have been rubbed up the wrong way if they inferred I was talking about the sparky.

    You get bonus points from me for the correct use of "inferred".  It's a rare thing nowadays.  I think you should get a refund just for that 😁
