Just a few comments on the Talk Home SIM deal I signed my wife up to last month. Brilliant deal a 1p per month for the first 3 months.
Last week my wife was wondering why she could no longer text or make calls other than using WhatsApp. Being non technical she thought the issue was with EE as there was an error message each time. (Error 0) that meant absolutely nothing. Checking her bank accout we could see the problem was the automatic payment didn't go through last week as it should for some reason.
Good news after loging in and using Talk Home's online chat, the issue was quickly resolved.
Nice to find the chat was with a real person, and athough it ment coming out of their app and login in on their web page to see the details of the plan, restarting the phone, everything was resolved in a few minutes.
