No response within 28 days

Hi, just wondering what I should do, if anything, if the car finance provider has not responded within the 28 day period? Thank you.

You can do a chaser but the FCA has said normal time limits dont apply until at least October and no rights to go to the ombudsman etc.

Unfortunately this is an issue of this site being a sensationalist red top telling millions of people to send letters swamping the system when the regulator had said before this site even reported on it that everything was on hold.

Just enjoy the higher interest rate next time to recoup the cost of having to deal with this bottom of the barrel journalism.
