Is there any way to sell alcohol?

Got a bottle of Ciroc pineapple vodka a while ago from duty free and unlikely to get around to drinking it (barely bother with alcohol these days - novelty wore off)
Had a look of eBay and Facebook, and both will not allow alcohol to be sold.
No idea if amazon Marketplace allows this?
Is there any way of selling something like this? Social circle doesn't have that many drinkers to consider that as an option.

Friends or family as a gift or sale. Donate to a raffle or such. Our local shop buys under the counter things but obviously you can't just walk in and offer to sell them duty free if you dont know them.0 -
Casual offer on a local facebook group? BTW have we adopted the American spelling of licence now? It's everywhere.
