Making a complaint for my late father. Cannot remember car registrations?

Hello,

I'm planning on making a complaint for my late dad who had a number of car finance agreements over the last 20 years.
He had been in the process of making a PPI claim when he passed with Blackhorse. I continued this and it was successful.

The issue is it's that far back I cannot remember the car registrations or have any documents relating to the agreements. I know the model of the cars, the addresses at the time.

Is this enough information to go ahead and make a complaint? On Martin's template it won't let you continue without a registration. Any idea where I could find this if it's necessary?

We managed to get a response to the PPI claims with minimal information and no registrations.

Thanks

Short of going through any archived insurance, MOT or VED documents, not sure this is going to get anywhere.

You need to be able to tie a vehicle to a specific finance company.

In this instance not going to be the case. For the time probably best to wait until the outcome of the FCA review. Then the picture will be much clearer.

2007 is 17 years ago.  So, you don't have to go back 20 years.
