Conservatory subsidence on potential house purchase. How bad does it look?

Age of conservatory unknown but probably 5-10 years at least.
Surveyor says unsure if progressive. How bad is it in your view?
There is a gutter just above draining the water on the floor. That's what I suspect have caused this.

Not a structural guy but have seen many conservatory subsidence claims and they have a disproportionally high rejection rate for the foundations having not been done to standard at the time they were put up and standards have gotten tougher since then.
If its on very shallow foundations then something like the gutter problem could quickly make matters worse0 -
It's because most conservatories don't go through Building Control.1

You probably want 15k off the price to demolish and rebuild, and add drainage.0

It's used in the USA quite a lot, where it's known as mud jacking. If it was mine and I was going to keep it I'd probably dig down to expose the foundation in that corner and decide from there. The drainage would also need sorting.0

Sort out the drainage and hope it doesn't progress any further? Depends how important the conservatory is to you.1
