Water Bill in advance - Severn Trent

in Water bills
We received a water bill this month for the next 12 months, asking for payment immediately. We have setup a 12m payment plan via Direct Debit. It feels weird to be paying for our water supply upfront and not in-arrears.

Paying up front is one option - over 12 months is another as is over 8 months. Or with a meter and have an adjusted DD every 6 months.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
