Moneysaving expert list of best ISA accounts seems not updated

For years I use the MSE list of "best accounts" to find the best interest rates. Checking today, I noted that all ISAs listed have a significantly lower interest rate than those recommended by WHICH? For example best 5 year fixed ISA interest in WHICH is 4.54%, however in MSE 4.16%. Applies to all listed ISAs and MSE does not cover 4 year fixed.
I wonder why? This disturbs me quite a bit as I thought MSE is the best...Any comments, thoughts welcome, thanks.

The best five year ISA currently showing on MSE, Which and Moneyfacts is the UBL one at 4.16% - what's the 4.54% one you're referring to?JEANNETTE said:For years I use the MSE list of "best accounts" to find the best interest rates. OP might be looking at Which? printed magazine. By the time they’re printed & posted, the info is often out of date.0

Do we expect a change in interest rates in the next few weeks to drag those of us still looking to invest before the start of the next tax year??0

Are you sure you were looking at fixed rate ISAs on Which ? It's the best 5 year fixed non-ISA accounts that are currently paying around 4.55%.JEANNETTE said:For years I use the MSE list of "best accounts" to find the best interest rates. The MSE page is updated regularly (and has been today), but OP hasn't returned to explain why they believed it wasn't up to date, as the account they referred to wasn't evident from other sites.$17mma said:

If seeking the absolute best deals, it's good practice to check multiple comparison sites though, and not exactly onerous....0
