The difficulty with standby times is that they are not a function purely of the phone but of the signal strength. 

So put a phone in a glove compartment or drawer then the signal is low it will last a lot less than the same phone on a windowsill with direct line of sight of the mast.

Thanks both .. I shall take a closer look at the Nokia 105 and 110 .. do you know where I can source genuine extra batteries for these Nokia models ?
