If I've received this email, do I trust it and let the matter rest?
"Thank you for your enquiry regarding a potential discretionary commission arrangement between Honda Financial Services and the dealer you purchased your vehicle from.
From the information you have provided, we have completed our investigation and believe there is no discretionary commission arrangement on your agreement(s) with us and as a result, you are not impacted by the Financial Conduct Authority investigation into historical motor finance commission arrangements."

if they lie, it is fraud. Are you suggesting they are attempting to commit fraud or do you have evidence to the contrary that they may be "mistaken"?
