Vinted refusal to compensate

I can’t make a bank claim because I used my Vinted balance (never do this!)

Why are you claiming from Vinted?

They are like Ebay, as such are not the seller of the goods.

Even if you had used a card for payment it could/would be rejected on the basis there is proof of delivery.

On Vinted the seller doesn’t arrange postage, Vinted does, this does rather complicate claims as Vinted supply the label and therefore have the contract with the contract.

Sounds like they are simply saying. Been delivered. No refund. Same as would happen with a chargeback.
