Virgin Money Login Issue

I recently opened a current account with Virgin Money with the intent of purchasing the 5.25% fixed term ISA.
I've tried to login over the last 2 days, it accepts all my account details and when I input the passcode I get this message "SORRY, YOU CANT CONTINUE ONLINE"
Anyone else having this problem or is it just me??

Yes, I go through the login process, it asks me for username/account number, verify by email, them passcode, very by mobile number and when I enter that it gives me the sorry message.0

I am having trouble with my Virgin ISA as well. They are abysmal with messages stating you only have "Read Access" and now they are not sending through the SMS 6-digit authentication code which means you can't login to your account and hence send them any secure message.
I can't understand how the regulator allows organisations to setup such a poor service.0 -
Not helping you, but I accessed my Virgin Fixed ISA yesterday online with no problems. Just checking the maturity date.Trev_666 said:I am having trouble with my Virgin ISA as well.
