Chip is flexible but no transfers.1

ZOPA Smart ISA 5.08% - part of interest is a bonus - Open a Smart ISA before 6th April 2024 to earn an extra 0.5% AER*/gross** fixed on top of the underlying 4.58% AER (4.48% gross) variable Access ISA pot rate.
This means you'll earn a total of 5.08% AER (4.96% gross) variable on Access ISA pots!
The bonus rate will run until 6th April 2025. You must already have a Smart Saver account and it allows transfers in.

Don't open a Virgin Cash ISA - See previous posts on here about trying to access your account/money once you open one. They are dreadful.0

Coventry BS usually has flexible ISAs on offer, although most with limited number of withdrawals. They had a 5.05% account but that is now NLA. They might relaunch again so would keep an eye out on it.0
