By the time you arrive at the airport you have completed the most dangerous part of the journey if that is any comfort.
A playlist on your device and a eyemask might help.1 -

Or maybe learn to trust the pilots and relax with a drink/book/music while the professionals are flying the plane. Sometimes overthinking about how aircraft work can make you more nervous.
The truth is that of all the things you do on your holiday the flight is probably the safest part.1 -
