Don't worry about the vagueness - that still sounds yummy and I'll definitely give it a go! It's not a combination I'd have thought to try, so definitely appreciated.Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

No, I would never have put halloumi in a stew but it's very nice, and very filling so you don't need loads. Freezes well too 😊6

I'll have to give it a go sometimes as it fits my diet, and I love halloumi!Live the good life where you have been planted.

Evening all 😊
On the way home from a most lovely weekend party with friends at their house in Wales. Very isolated, fantastic views, excellent company and music and frolics 😊 We slept in their camper van (and now I am trying to contrive a way to have a camper van 😂😂). So lovely 🥰🥰 and very restful, although there were a lot of people there!
4 days of work left before August off 😃 Technically I've booked a day off this week too so I don't lost it, but I'll actually work it and take a day off in early Sept instead 🤫
Not much financial to report. Not spent anything this weekend, although we did just buy sandwiches and tea at the service station 😬 And I just did something I'd been putting off - ordered a insulated properly sealed travel mug (to match the one that Mr C's friend gave him that I've been pinching for work). £23 including postage so not cheap, but we're going to prioritise taking at least one drink with us on summer days out so it can pay for itself 😊
Right, best get the rest of the way home 😊6 -
Halloumi stew sounds ace. I like to bung a parmesan rind from the freezer in when I'm making a beef stew, extra umami 🤤5
