Ha, thank you @KajiKita and @Elisheba - I've had a lovely yoga session and have commandeered the new emergency fan heater for my study - I hate being cold while I'm trying to work! This has a temperature function, so I should be able to set it to get to a certain temperature then it will just stick there. I won't have it on all day, but might try it for an hour at first.
Wishing I hadn't scheduled meetings for today but they are at least all cheerful ones!5
