Last weekend, I made the decision to stop doing Prolific, and wouldn't you know it, this week after a few months of nothing being offered, I've had 7 invites at decent rates! It's a bit to little to late for me, as I've really gone off surveys and have been sticking to contests which do a lot for my 'what if' hopeful imagination iyswim!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! Now at £20.86 with £4.71pending after a flurry of activity last night. Did two 30 min ones (which didn't take the full 30 mins each) then a 60 min one popped up and while I was very tempted, I really needed to cook some tea so I missed it.
Made a lovely halloumi stew, put some aside for lunch today (together with food flask once it was heated), packed up breakfast and apples and was very pleased with myself - then left it all in the kitchen this morning 😡 Most vexing.6 -

Ha, don't get too excited! It's a Joe Wicks recipe from his app, I can't find it online. Basically you fry up some veg (I used onion, garlic, peppers, and kale, add cooked green lentils (mine were tinned but don't have to be) and passata (I think the recipe was tinned toms), add herbs (mine were just mixed herbs) and smoked paprika, then wang in a bit of cooked halloumi.
I made 4 portions with one block of halloumi, so it's not dead cheese heavy.
Stir in a bit of soft cheese at the end, just a spoonful.
Easy peasy 😊7 -
(Sorry, you won't usually get a 'fry 45g of xx for yy minutes' recipe from me, I'm more of a throw-it-all-in-and-hope-for-the-best type 😂😂)10
