    Banks will do a chargeback 1st if there is a right there. As that comes from the retailer. S75 is paid by bank. 
    End of the day it makes no difference to a customer. As refund would remain if chargeback fails & banks reviews S75 claim.

    I’ve just started the chargeback process with my bank but they’re asking for the item to be returned before they can help. I’m guessing you didn’t have that issue with your bank if you’ve still got the machine?
