No. Its still here unfortunately. Going to wait and see what natwest come back with. In the meantime I'll post bad reviews of their machine wherever I can.

That is horrendous! I need to look at that FB group so thank you. They phoned me yesterday about a replacement machine and I told them I wanted a refund so let’s see what happens. Hotpoint are not fit to manufacture "washing machines", their customer service is shocking. Trying to blame the customer and what is clearly a manufacturing fault. Just too many instances of this particular machine with the same reported problems. Don't give up the fight. On amazon you can leave a review even if you didn't buy from amazon.
